We didn't feel like leaving, this hotel is absolutely great and comfy!!!

The room is excellent and exceptionally clean with very comfy bed. A bathroom is equipped with a bath.

I liked the modern and quiet hotel.

The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was family overall. The room was fantastic and big size, with a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. I found the hotel's location favourable and magnificent, close to attractions like the zoo and many restaurants and a large mall.

I was offered a very very good breakfast with many options. I was given a well-appointed and exceptionally clean room with sofa, large screen TV, printer.

Overall had really great stay on a road trip. The staff members were courteous and amazingly kind and suggested local places. Stayed in clean a double room with a handicapped shower which was n't cleaned the best. It was based in new building in a great and stunning location, in a nice area.

Was the best base for trip. The hotel was located very close to the festival, and the Columbus Zoo. The continental breakfast had a huge variety of choices. I asked for queen room with plenty space and a couch, it was outstanding. Very nice and courteous staff from the front desk to the maids, gave a few recommendations. The location near everything you could need was marvellous.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Columbus for a mini family girls' getaway. The hotel was kid-friendly and had friendly staff. Other guests were respectful and quiet. The location was convenient with many nearby restaurant options. We enjoyed the free breakfast and open pool. The hotel was also Uber Eats and DoorDash friendly.

We had a great experience at the hotel and would be happy to recommend it.

The hotel was tidy and our room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Location: the venue was near other activities, and many restaurants and shopping. And it was at a short distance from Walmart Supercenter. We truly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel.

The hotel was centrally located to my business meetings. The decor was tasteful and calming. Everyone on the staff was helpful without being overly so. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and varied. The area was clean and well kept. The coffee was good! Check out was a breeze. The price was very affordable.
